I liked the hotel, staff was super friendly, rooms were great, a little far from downtown (going into the city was longer than getting out), only downside was the wifi & limited cell signal. Recommend property investing into a proper router that’ll reach the rooms and make the wifi stronger.

Room was immaculately clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff at desk were welcoming. I didn't try breakfast, so no comment. This being a newer hotel, I would've hoped soundproofing would have been better. Could hear the room next door and a lot of outside noise. Based on price of room, I also would have expected at least a few toiletries.

My wife and I were visiting Laval for the first time to attend the Carlos Vivis concert. It was also our first time staying at this hotel. We loved the hotel. The room was extremely clean, and well laid out. The area was quiet. The hotel was a 8 minute drive to Place Bell. The staff were extremely helpful and bilingual. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely book another room next time we are in Laval.
