Beautiful, very large and clean room. Great service and lounge. Staff in lounge were wonderful. Only complaint is they do not offer complimentary beer, wine and cocktails in the lounge at any time - this comes across as very stingy, especially given the price and other comparable lounges at hotels. Also, Fairmont hotels elsewhere offer that, so very confusing and leads to disappointment.

My husband and I stayed at The Fairmont Queen Elizabeth hotel, Gold level room, for five nights. Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end. We received a tour of the amenities offered on the Gold level which had a daily breakfast included with our room. The breakfast had eggs, smoked salmon, croissants, crepes, and coffee just to name a few items. Appetizers were offered at 5pm and dessert at 8pm. Service for the breakfast, any questions we might have from the concierge for restaurants, and maid service for our room was excellent. We had not stayed at the Queen Elizabeth in several years prior to the remodeling, but will be returning soon again! Would highly recommend. Staff could not have been nicer! They created a comfortable stay for our vacation in Montreal!

Beautiful, large room and great service. Good large gym. Instead of an open bar though, the gold lounge featured a self serve cash bar with exorbitant prices (price of a cocktail made by a bartender is less in the hotel restaurant). For this price, and consistent with other Fairmont gold properties, that is unacceptable.

We loved the Fairmont QE - There were so many wonderful activities in the hotel. Roselys is a fantastic restaurant. Krema is perfect for morning coffee, and the Fairmont Gold lounge is such a great treat! We will definitely stay here again. All staff, especially the concierge, were excellent and super helpful!

Upon check in to our room, the bedsheets were full of hair and did not look like sheets were changed. The TV was not working, we couldn’t connect an apple or android device even though we spent an hour following instructions. Front desk was not helpful, they said they will be sending a tech guy to resolve the issue but a plumber was sent instead to do the job of a tech guy. Issue still not resolved. All in all our stay was okay, nothing fancy. The mattress is very comfortable and the buffet food was good.
