The room was so clean and comfortable and well sound-proofed. Staff was excellent, very friendly and so quiet. We did have trouble finding parking as our GPS brought us to the wrong side of the building, but it was right next door so just a short walk. If you find the right one you will have elevators directly up to the hotel.

Nice hotel great location. Tried to check on at 3pm had 2 rooms. Rooms weren't ready come back at 4. Back at 4 rooms not ready. After a firm conversation Rooms were found. Manager was 5ft away and did not engage us at all.

The premises were clean and the staff helpful, but the whole setup felt unwelcoming. It was a clean and neat warehouse. The fact that the small fridge was almost in the middle of the room, and not under the desktop, did not help.

The hot tub was definitely hot...very enjoyable.The breakfast was beautiful... plenty of variety, fresh and nice presentation. Our room was fresh and clean. Front desk attendant, Barbara, was lovely and provided excellent service. Room is very large and spacious. 2 outlets did not work (one being by the bed) was very inconvenient to charge our phones. We informed staff and the engineer came and left a note saying he tried to fix it and couldn’t. Housekeeping cleaned nicely, besides making the bed and not fully tucking the sheets twice. Overall experience good. 4/5

Very good hotel. 4 min walking distance from Eaton center. Comfortable beds and pillows. Staff is nice. Pool and hot ton is great and they have a hot tub as well. Overall awesome stay !
