The room was clean and spacious. We only spent a night but it was great. It's an old building, physical keys so don't lose em. Check in was good. Parking was available behind the building in the alley, but it's not the best maintained and the unhoused people hanging out there when we went to park made us decide to park across the street indoors.

Location was central to everything, ie walking distance to Old Montreal, lots of restaurants, pubs, shopping, cinema, & Bell Center. Room was clean & quiet. Parking was free. It was a bit warm in the room with no way to change the temp other than open the window. We had to walk up 30 steps to get to our 2nd floor room. The price was great & we would definitely stay there again.

Quite loud with paper thin walls from within the building and outside until approx 0400 each night we were there.

The room was filthy, when I complained to the staff they accused me of putting the dirt under the mattress and (what looked like) bed bugs under the mattress and then started yelling at me so I had to leave and find another hotel

The hotel is dirty the floor carpet the room the hot water take long time to come the decoration is so old fashin and the price posted was 54 once i book it turned to 80. .for this price i could have mych way better i don t unsrstand how expedia have this hotel in the list

Decent place to stay. A little smelly. Our washroom had no soap and she said she would let the cleaner know tomorrow , but they never did replace it. We had to just use the bar soap from our room. But overall an okay place for cheap. Close to all the stuff you wanna see
