Boxotel is a great concept and great execution of that concept - simple, clean highly functional rooms and pricing the key services you want - a quick bite in the morning, luggage storage, etc. with minimal waste or expense. I would definitely go again.

The room was clean and well-maintained. Kitchenette was well-equipped. Products were surprisingly nice. Bedding and towels good quality. Dry sauna was great but disappointed not to be able to use the pool/hot tubs. Staff was kind and easygoing and friendly. I'm familiar with the neighbourhood so was comfortable in what others might not see as touristy. I really liked this hotel and will stay there again, for sure.

The café was amazing to sit and have coffee and snacks in the morning! Loved all the plants and ambiance. The dry sauna and steam room were fantastic as well! Unfortunately the rooftop hot tub was out of service during our stay. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and professional. Our room was great, loved the bathtub, shower, makeup mirror and toiletries provided! As it was a rainy weekend and we were out and about, it was great having a washer and dryer in the room! Mattress and bedding/pillows were also nice and comfy. Highly recommend and will stay here again on another visit to MTL😊
