First the Bad: There was no indication in the Expedia Reservation or information that there are NO Sheets, Towels or Toilet Paper included!! We had to pay €72 ($119 CAD) just to get Bed Sheets and Towels! They also said we need to go buy our own Toilet paper from the market that is 15 minutes away. You need to clean your own room before check out or they charge an extra €55 ($91 CAD). I would have booked another property if I knew this ahead of time. No air conditioning. Now the Good: Fairly close to the Beach and Waterfront Promenade where there are tons of great Restaurants and Shopping. The pool at this place was nice in the afternoon to cool down.

Great holiday!

Staff were very friendly, each check in and out. The pool is lovely and a short walk to the beach and close to the beachfront restaurants and bars. It was nice to walk there in the evenings. Although it was super hot, the fan was great and helped cool our apartment, the pull down shade was also very useful. We brought our own bedding and towels, this was made clear in the booking process. We also paid for the secure parking. It's a lovely residence and we would definitely go back there again!

Nice vacations apartment!

Welcoming staff with all the information you can need for your stay. The apartment was clean and spacious for four people, the toilett could be bigger for a better comfort but it was ok anyways. Good size pool but super crowd att all times! Near the beach eith private entrance for a shorter walk to the beach. Small breakfast restaurant but if you walk some 10min you can find many restaurants, the cafeteria could be bigger and with more options. The supermarket is ver far away (carrefour) so be prepared to walk anlong distance to bring your food home. We recommend it!

I have already filled out a previous complaint I wasn’t willing to have my family stay there and had to find alternative accommodation immediately. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and expect to get a refund for the accommodation part of my trip, flights and car rental were perfect.

Bon séjour.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 5 nuits dans cette rĂ©sidence en rez de jardin, trĂšs agrĂ©able. Le studio en lui mĂȘme n’est pas d’un grand confort, literie trĂšs moyenne, tv payante, un peu dommage en 2025
 pas de clim, idem dommage surtout avec 40 degrĂ©s dehors donc trĂšs compliquĂ© de trouver le sommeil dans un appartement Ă  30. Heureusement un ventilateur est prĂ©sent mais cela ne suffit pas. Piscine et extĂ©rieur bien tenus. Parking payant mais de la place dans les rues sans soucis. Moins chĂšre d’ailleurs. La proximitĂ© avec la plage Ă  5min Ă  pied est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable, idem pour les commerces. Accueil sympathique.

Agréable sauf le bruit

Les matelas sont terriblement dur et les cloisons sont vraiment trop fines on entend le voisin qui ronfle ou qui parle au tĂ©lĂ©phone ou qui parle tout court. À part cela le logement est agrĂ©able Le parking payant et la tĂ©lĂ© en location payante est a ajouter Ă  la location.

NÊrt stranden, og den er kjempefin. OmrÄdet er fint med grÞntomrÄder og blomster. Det er en resepsjon med ansatte som kan svare pÄ evt spÞrsmÄl. Dette er ikke et hotell men et leilighetskompleks. Du mÄ ta med deg eget sengetÞy og laken eller betale for Ä fÄ denne tjenesten per person. Du mÄ vaske rommet etter bruk om du ikke vil betale vaskegebyr. Bassenget er ikke veldig reint, om en dykker og ser etter er det fult av sedimenter. Dette er et gammelt kompleks sÄ synes det er overpriset. Cafe/kiosk er ekstremt overpriset sÄ kjÞp inn godt med egne varer. Er kjÞleskap med liten frys sÄ det er praktisk. Parkering er ikke gratis men om du kjÞrer 5 min er det en offentlig gratis parkering som du kan bruke.

Bien,aurait pu ĂȘtre mieux avec une surveillance de la piscine : ballons, bouĂ©es, plongeons , sauts et bombes dans la piscine Population maghrebine envahissante,cris disputes et dicutions Ă  haute voix en arabe (je n'ai rien contre mais c'est bruyant) Nette amelioration du service depuis l'annĂ©e derniĂšre Ce que je ne comprends pas c'est que je suis obligĂ© de payer mon parking alors que je suis handicapĂ©e et devrais avoir un emplacement special et GRATUIT.

Sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Anlage mit viel GrĂŒn, nur ca. 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Ideal auch fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern, da große SpielflĂ€chen, oder auch fĂŒr Klassen, oder Vereine. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Großer Parkplatz gehört zur Anlage, allerdings kostenpflichtig.

AgrĂ©able surprise par rapport aux commentaires lus avant le sĂ©jour. TV, parking (quand c'est gratuit Ă  3' Ă  pied ou mĂȘme dans la rue depuis le 01/10) et autres services en supplĂ©ment, mais c'est clairement indiquĂ©. Personnel sympathique et les studios sont au goĂ»t du jour et bien Ă©quipĂ©s pour une semaine de vacances. Parfait pour 2 personnes et les bagages. Piscine Ă©tait encore nageable en octobre [>20 degrĂ©s]. Excellent WiFi gratuit. À refaire avec grand plaisir pour l'accĂšs presque direct Ă  la plage 👍

Je n' ai pas apprécié qu à la réservation il n était pas noté que le chien était payant, que le parking était payant, qu il fallait apporter linge de lit et de toilette. C est uniquement sur le mail de confirmation de réservation que j ai découvert cela. Resideal n a pu annuler la réservation et m a demandé de me retourner vers la centrale. L annulation était payante. Je trouve que j ai été trompée.
