Fun, comfy but desperately needs AC improvements

We stayed here after an Airbnb apartment issue before heading to another place. We kind of envisioned it as a vacation from our vacation. Great little kitchen option. Nice bathroom, comfy bed. Pool was so fun for our kiddo and great but expensive breakfast. Biggest issue was AC was hardly functional during a heat wave. They gave us a couple of fans, but it wasn't ideal. They sent someone who also works at the bar to take a look. It was never fixed during our 4 day stay. One employee actually said "the lobby is hot too (it was), we all have to deal with it." The difference being I'm paying to stay there... One employee just completely gaslit me about how hot it was and that some rooms have it worse. It kept our young child up for hours extra the first night. A couple of the employees were amazing. Was also nice to have access to their lobby while waiting for later checkin at our next place. Great for a few nights, but I wouldn't do it again without an AC improvements.

Some what ok hotel but with issues

Hotel great, but the breakfast room being in a bedroom was unusual. And then two hour before checkout, and probably due to work in the hotel, electricity went out in four of our nine rooms. It never got restored. Some people got new rooms, but for me it made no sense. Staff was somewhat helpful but not really. Then I had filled out all checkout information, rooms and names before, according to evening staff my bill would be ready. But it was not, and morning employee took forever to make the bill for all taxes and breakfast and then got it wrong by one person. Sometimes the training level of Accor hotel employees is not quite up to pair.

Smelled like an ashtray, woke up soaked in sweat.

Got a room that smelled like an ashtray! Very strange indeed, especially since the booking included a 2 year old. We had to ask the receptionist for a new room, an got one that only got an old kind of smell. Founs out during the night that the mattress on the bed had this kind of air tight safety cover (maybe for kids wetting the bed, but this was the main double bed?) that resulted in waking up soaked in sweat as it did not breathe at all (combined with a almost non working AC.
