Close to restaurants and 8 minutes waking to the tramway to Montpellier centre. I had a nice terrasse to relax. Breakfast prepared by my host was delicious.

pas à la hauteur de la proposition et du prix

séjour décevant pas du tout à la hauteur de la proposition "suite de luxe" salle de bain très médiocre , joints de baignoire très sale, barre de douche cassée. évacuation d'eau très difficile. Rideau séparant chambre des toilettes/ salle de bains très limite pour une suite de luxe. Cafetière très sale . simple vitrage aux portes fenêtre, pas de stationnement prévu, si ce n'est dans la rue déjà tres prisé.

Très déçu. J’avais réservé une nuit dans ce Bed&breakfast en raison de la note moyenne des avis. 9,2 c’est pas rien. Résultat. Pas de parking disponible. Obligé de garer la voiture à 200m dans la rue sur un stationnement payant et limité. Chambre tristounette. Propre mais pas vraiment lumineuse. Cuisine pas du tout fonctionnelle. Literie bonne. Vue sur la maison d’en face. Bref je donnerai une note de 7 mais de 9.2.

J ai choisi cet hébergement car mon mari était hospitalisé à la clinique tout près . Très déçue des conditions d hébergement La chambre est certes spacieuse et propre mais chauffage distribué avec parcimonie voir pas du tout à certaines heures. pas de possibilité de régler la température seul le propriétaire peut le faire Salle de bain sans chauffage en marche à 19h donc difficile de prendre une douche dans ces conditions lorsque la température extérieure ressentie est de 9 degrés Le matin après 9 heures obligée d aller marcher dehors trop froid pour rester à l intérieur Ne vaut pas le prix payé et un dédommagement serait tout à fait normal

Nous avons séjourné "Aux terrasses de Castelnau" afin de nous rendre à un rendez-vous médical à la Clinique du Parc. La résidence se trouve à environ 5 minutes à pied de la clinique, ce qui est vraiment pratique, pas besoin de chercher de stationnement. Nous avons passé une soirée et une nuit très agréable. L'appartement est spacieux, calme, propre, non fumeur. Il possède un coin cuisine équipée d'un frigo, une plaque chauffante, un micro-ondes, une bouilloire, une cafetière à café, de la vaisselle, des ustensiles de cuisine, linge de vaisselle... Idéal pour ce préparer des petits repas. Le petit plus de cet appartement est la charmante petite terrasse arborée, où nous avons pris le souper et le petit déjeuner, loin des regards du voisinage. En ce qui concerne l'accueil. À notre arrivée, aux environs de 18h, le propriétaire n'était pas là. Cependant j'avais reçu un mail avec toutes les informations pour accéder à notre logement sans encombre. Une dizaine de minutes plus tard, le propriétaire est venu se présenter, faire connaissance, voir si nous étions bien installés et si nous ne manquions de rien. Nous avons énormément apprécié l'attention dont il a fait preuve lors de la préparation de notre petit déjeuner. Il nous a servi des produits de qualité et la cerise sur le gâteau, c'était du bio. En conclusion, nous recommandons cette location à 💯%. D'ailleurs nous avons réservé à nouveau pour quelques jours au mois de juin.

Demandez la confirmation vous aurez des dificultes à l’avoir et pour cause c’est une réservation non annulable... le prix affiché de 98€ passe à 130€... les toilettes sont en open Space... et elles fonctionnaient mal le premier jour comme le deuxième malgré ma réclamation....le petit déjeuner a10€ par personne ne comportait ni croissant ni pain au chocolat... que des toasts du beurre de la confiture de fraise un verre de jus d’orange un pot de yaourt nature du café avec un peu de lait froid et du thé noir.au total je comprend pas la note attribuée à ce bed and breakfast
