Nice hotel definitely worth the money. The bare-bones room was efficient if not homey. Our dogs were made welcome too. The food truck offering dinner is a nice touch. The hotel sits on a narrow street between two drawbridges and the port. Not much street appeal but the off street parking is a plus. And the canal is only a block away with harbor views.

Bon séjour sans courant le matin

Bon sĂ©jour mais lamentable de se retrouver sans Ă©lectricitĂ© et que les femmes de mĂ©nage nous vire comme des merdes Ă  11h pile poil alors que j'ai un bĂ©bĂ© et que je ne pouvais pas la doucher avant sans eau chaude. On demande un dĂ©dommagement et on nous rĂ©pond que cela dĂ©pend pas de vous ... Vraiment c'est la moindre des choses ou au moins laisser les gens 10min de place pour vider les affaires et se doucher ... A 108 e la nuit j'estime quand mĂȘme que c'est pas top...

HĂŽtel basique pour une halte

Une nuit seulement passĂ©e dans cet hĂŽtel, de passage sur un trajet plus long. Panne de climatisation dans tout l'hĂŽtel ce jour-lĂ  alors que la canicule Ă©tait de mise Ă  cette pĂ©riode, et peu de comprĂ©hension de la part du personnel, qui est restĂ© trĂšs aimable mais qui n'a pas proposĂ© de dĂ©dommagement si ce n'est une remise pour un futur sĂ©jour (qui revient souvent dans des hĂŽtels ? Et au mĂȘme endroit ?)... Un ventilateur a nĂ©anmoins Ă©tĂ© mis Ă  disposition, mais n'a pas empĂȘchĂ© de passer une trĂšs mauvaise nuit Ă  cause de la chaleur. Le parking sĂ©curisĂ© est un plus.

If you have a ferry from SĂšte then this is for you

Probably one of the worst Ibos Budget hotels I’ve stayed in. Tiny room, barely enough space to get round the bed. Really takes ‘no frills’ to the extreme. The positives: if you stay here you probably want access to the ferry - which is practically next door. Parking behind the hotel. The town centre is a bit further but walkable. There is a carrefour supermarket nearby to stock up on whatever you need. Negatives: where to start. Tiny room as mentioned, pitiful breakfast, codes to remember for room, lift, and staircase -all different. No lunch/dinner onsite at the weekend - the food shed outside looks pretty basic.
