Déçus et trompés

Voici les commentaires faits à la réception de l’hôtel : nous avons réservé un séjour dans un spa 4 étoiles, chambre avec terrasse, nous avons été envoyés dans la partie « résidence » type appart hôtel, absolument pas 4 étoiles, sans terrasse. La propreté laissait à désirer. Les enfants ne sont pas les bienvenus. La piscine intérieure leur est accessible de 8h à 10h, aux horaires du petit-déjeuner. Soit ils mangent, soit ils profitent de l’eau. Évidemment les buses de massages sont coupées à ces horaires pour que les parents ne puissent pas profiter non plus. Idem le soir, piscine accessible de 19h à 20h. Manger ou nager, il faut choisir. La piscine extérieure est d’un minimum d’1m50. Si vos enfants ne savent pas nager, oubliez de profiter d’un café au bord de l’eau. Le spa est par ailleurs interdit aux enfants, donc pas fait pour les parents célibataires ou les parents qui s’entendent, il faudra s’alterner et oublier les vacances couple + enfants. L’hôtel est éloigné de tout, nous étions censés profiter d’un spa, nous nous sommes retrouvés à devoir faire 60 min de voiture aller-retour par jour pour se rendre à la mer et profiter. C’est la 1ere fois que nous laissons un commentaire négatif sur un hôtel spa. Le personnel n’y est pour rien, ils étaient courtois et sont conscients de la stupidité des règles qui leur sont imposées.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble mais quelques déceptions. L'hôtel est propre, le spa agréable. Nous n'avons pu utiliser le restaurant sauf pour le pdj. Le pdj n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles tout comme l'équipement de la chambre qui reste tres basique. La moquette était vieille et tachée mais semblait propre. Bref un hôtel à moitié rénové. Quand au personnel plus ou moins cordial. On avait un peu l'impression de déranger, ils attendaient un événement particulier.

Piscine payante et interdite au moins de 16 ans

Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois à 2 et en famille à la valadière car nous avons aimé le confort des chambres et la piscine chauffée qui est le plus de cet établissement calme et reposant. Cependant, nous avons été surpris d'apprendre que de nouvelles règles étaient appliquées depuis le 1er mai. Piscine intérieure (et spa) payants à 19 eur par personne et par jour avec un accès gratuit uniquement de 8h à 10h et de 19h à 19h45. Interdit au moins de 16 ans pendant la journée. Et cela vaut pour les clients de la residence et de l’hotel qui plus est, alors que ce n’etait pas payant pour les clients auparavant. Est ce que la nouvelle Direction cible une nouvelle clientèle plus huppée ? Nous sommes réellement déçus car nous venions pour profiter de la piscine chauffée. Nous aimions bcp cet établissement où le personnel est agréable et au petit soin mais nous ne reviendrons plus car nous cela perd tout son charme. Le rapport qualité prix n’y est plus c'est vraiment dommage. Il semble que la nouvelle Direction ait serré la vis, il n’y a pluq de serviettes à disposition des clients au spa non plus. Il faut se rappeler que nous sommes à Juvignac qui est loin d'être un village de haut standing...on ne venait pas pour ça. Pour un prix et services équivalents, il y a des hotels dans le centre de Montpellier plus proches des comodités. Quelle déception ! Merci malgré tout au personnel qui nous a toujours bien accueillis.

Excellent séjour en famille ! Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable dans cet hôtel. La suite familiale était très spacieuse, parfaitement aménagée pour les familles, confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable. La piscine est propre et facilement accessible, avec une eau calme, idéale pour les enfants. Toute la famille a pu en profiter en toute sécurité. Le personnel est accueillant, respectueux et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Un vrai plus qui fait la différence ! Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter pour les familles à la recherche de confort, de tranquillité et d’un service de qualité.
