The property is isolated and gated, which was fine for what I wanted at the time. No frills just a basic quiet room. Clean enough,wish there was a room safe.

J ai séjourné avec mon compagnon et mes 2 filles 7-13 ans Chambre non rénovée dans le bâtiment extérieur certes pas grave pour de la déco on va pas chipoter. Moquette tachée, cheveux dans la douche aller on rince pas grave. Pas de Clim réversible active donc un chauffage d appoint à bain d huile??? Ok aller Les ennuis commencent bruits toutes les 15 min de la vmc horribles jusqu’à 23h45… j ai contacter la réception qui me dit de ne pas m inquiéter le bruit ce n’est pas toute la nuit Que le réparateur devait passé mais le bruit est toujours là. Pour la nuit, canapé lit quand je dis impossible de dormir c est un faible mot. Ma fille est appareillée j ai du lui laisser le lit et dormir avec ma petite dernière sur le canapé Matelas mou déformé et qui grince à chaques mouvements une horreur. Et le matin petit déjeuner cher, mais quelle surprise par rapport au prix au choix très restreint avec un petit buffet, mais c était plutôt bon dans l ensemble. Déçue j avais l habitude de venir avec l ancienne direction L hôtel n’a pas évolué malgré son changement de propriétaire en tout cas la partie que nous avons eu côté chambre et aucun geste commercial suite aux désagréments Et au vu du carnet à la réception de plaintes des clients dans la nuit où nous avions séjourné je vois que je ne suis pas la seule. J espère au moins que le logement a été revu… dommage pour nous.

Alors l’hôtel est super, très propre et au calme. Des volets électriques dans la chambre ce qui est rare et permet de bien dormir. Le SPA est super et les masseuses génial. Par contre la literie tellement duré que je me suis bloquer le doc et la nuque, dommage pour un séjour détente. Je ne reviendrais pas à cause de ca, alors ça dépend des personnes mais pour moi très inconfortable le matelas. Le SPA est interdit aux enfant de -16 ans dommage ce n’était pas notee sur le site pour les massages. J’ai du réservé en ville pour faites des soins et massages avec ma fille de 14ans, qui est accepter dans tous les institut sauf dans l’hôtel. J’ai pas vraiment compris, dommage car à la basse j’avais réservé dans cette hôtel pour le spa avec ma fille. Autres point, le restaurent est très cher et exceptionnel. Pareil pour le petit déjeuner, pour 17€ par personnes je m’attendait à un petit déjeuné exceptionnel alors qu’il est petit et pas varié. 17€ pour manger 2 tartines bon… Voilà les points d’améliorations à mon avis. Pour un 4 étoiles je m’attendais à des services un peut plus … mais pour un couples à qui la literie dure ne pose pas de problème l’hôtel est très bien si on ne prend pas les repas dans l’hôtel.

Problème de propreté de la chambre nous avons retrouvé un gâteau et un bout de plastique sous le lit.le sèche serviette ne fonctionné pas.Le restaurant de l'hôtel une honte pas de choix et exorbitant pour ce que c'est. C du viol arrivé sur parking une odeur épouvantable.Les short de bains qui sont interdit personne ne respect et personne ne fait appliquer les règles c'est du n'importe quoi

Accueil agréable et petit déjeuner sympa

Accueil agréable avec une dame brune plus âgé que les autres, demande particulière de chambre accepté, par contre dans la chambre une double porte que chacun pouvait ouvrir menait a une autre chambre et on entendait les voisins.. a la piscine intérieur il y avait pas mal d'enfant donc bruyant certains jours et au restaurant la serveuse c'est trompé de plat sans faire de geste commerciale. Le déjeuner est sympa mais un peu cher je dirais.
