Very friendly staff. Clean restrooms and beds. Old carpet, paint. AC/fan not working, and no screen on window so I spent evening chasing mosquitoes then being too hot once I closed the window. Inexpensive but I would have paid more for good sleep and no bites.

Location is an outskirts of the city Montpellier. We used Park & Ride, 4 min driving to Garcia Lorca Tram Station, then 20-25 min ride. Not so many things around the hotel in walking distance. Facility needs some update, but room itself was very clean. Room was kind of small for long stay and pretty basic amenities. Free parking. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Very nice family atmosphere. Breakfast was around 9 euro, everything was very tasty. Highly recommend. Overall good value for money.

Proprietors are very pleasant. Accommodations are very affordable but clean and neat. You would want to arrive by car, the hotel is not near restaurants or entertainment. We found taxi service to be pricey. Nonetheless, enjoyed our stay.

Hotel in really poor condition.

The hotel is in terrible condition. Although the bathroom was after the renovation but it was done very poorly. Caulking in the bathroom seemed to be done by 5 year old child. Rooms are very poorly equipped. I was not able to close the window with the negative temperature outside. The only heating source was small electric transportable heater which smelled when warm. The room decor is terrible and looks like a shelter for homeless people. Everything is so cheap. The bathroom towels were so warn out that instead of white they were gray in terrible condition.

Accueil super ! Chambre fonctionnelle et literie ultra confortable ! Salle de bain pratique Ă©galement. Peut ĂȘtre un petit rafraĂźchissement des menuiseries, dĂ©co, serait bien. Sinon je reviendrai avec plaisirs.

À fuir absolument – expĂ©rience catastrophique

Ne vous fiez surtout pas aux avis positifs, je me demande sincĂšrement comment ils ont pu ĂȘtre rĂ©digĂ©s au vu de l'Ă©tat dĂ©plorable de cet Ă©tablissement. Notre chambre au rez-de-chaussĂ©e Ă©tait littĂ©ralement insalubre : - Murs gonflĂ©s d’humiditĂ©, moisissures et taches apparentes. - Odeur de renfermĂ© et de pourriture persistante, aussi bien dans le couloir que dans la chambre. - Aucun joint Ă  la fenĂȘtre, ce qui accentue encore une isolation dĂ©jĂ  inexistante. - Le bruit est constant, entre la porte d’accĂšs nocturne qui claque toutes les 15 minutes la nuit juste devant les chambres et le parking bruyant Ă  quelques mĂštres, oĂč des personnes traĂźnent parfois. Impossible de dormir. Le pire ? Le gĂ©rant, SĂ©bastien, s’est montrĂ© hautain et dĂ©sagrĂ©able au tĂ©lĂ©phone. Contrairement Ă  ce que j’ai pu lire ici, il n’a proposĂ© aucune solution, bien au contraire. Il a mĂȘme fini par nous avouer que cette chambre n’était pas censĂ©e ĂȘtre louĂ©e, mais qu’il n’avait « pas le choix » car l’hĂŽtel Ă©tait complet. Inacceptable. Je dĂ©conseille formellement toute chambre au rez-de-chaussĂ©e (et l’hĂŽtel en gĂ©nĂ©ral). Si c’est votre cas, n’y restez pas et allez dans l’un des nombreux hĂŽtels Ă  proximitĂ©, vous vous Ă©viterez une nuit infernale. Ce lieu ne mĂ©rite clairement pas les notes qu’il affiche. Pour ma part, je ne compte pas en rester lĂ  : j’ai engagĂ© des dĂ©marches auprĂšs de ma banque, et si vous avez vĂ©cu une expĂ©rience similaire, n’hĂ©sitez pas Ă  m'Ă©crire

Mal insonorisé sinon idéal

Chambre propre, salle de bain rĂ©novĂ©e et trĂšs propre. Literie confortable mais dans la description il est indiquĂ© 1 grand lit alors qu'il s'agit en fait d'un simple lit double. Le petit dĂ©jeuner (buffet Ă  volontĂ©) est trĂšs bien et propose des fruits frais (kiwis, tranches de melon, abricots, prunes, pommes, etc.), du sucrĂ© (viennoiserie, plusieurs sortes de pains, 4 ou 5 confitures diffĂ©rentes) et du salĂ© (jambon et fromage) Le seul point nĂ©gatif est l’insonorisation des chambres et du bĂątiment : on entendait notamment les bruits de pas dans la chambre voisine (avec le plancher qui craque). C'est dommage car sans cela cet hĂŽtel serait parfait.
