“Right by the beach, so it is an excellent location. Great and helpful staff and a big pool, which is lovely if you like to end the day with a swim. My husband used the gym and said that it was a bit small.”

“We were aware that the hotel was being refurbished however we were not expecting it to be as dark and dingy and unwelcoming. There were buckets on the stairs for the leaks from the ceiling, plaster falling off walls, a dangerous old lift…. There were only 2 useable sockets in the room which meant the fridge had to be unplugged. There was no hot water for our shower for about 15 minutes. The breakfast for some reason was served a long way away from reception in the ballroom which was fully laid...
