“Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying at Villa Donna Rachele. The biggest issue was the AC, which was basically nonexistent during a HEAT WAVE. The rooms were extremely uncomfortable. We raised the issue, but maintenance was only offered after I stated that the lack of response would be reflected in my review—and even then, they offered to send someone on the day we were leaving.
There were also ants everywhere, including in the bed. The jacuzzi was dirty, and the shower in the bedroom...
