We loved that there was both an indoor and outdoor pool. We also were impressed by the desk staff who helped us order a fantastic charcuterie plate which we ate in the bar area — very comfortable and relaxed.

We were a little disappointed, we thought we had a balcony but it's a fake... the plants are full of mealy cochineal at the pool and sauna, the wood begins to rot. Otherwise, the room was very clean.

Mi wife and I had two rooms. Mine was fine, although the air conditioner was rather loud. She had to change rooms at 1 a.m. because of an overwhelming mildew smell that intensified during the night. the staff was quite helpful in making the room change but it should have been necessary in the first place. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent.

A lovely venue with a lagoon-type pool area, including goldfish and caged birds. A very nice restaurant with friendly service. The hotel was spotless, easy to get to and very comfortable. Amenities were good and I would only suggest make-up mirrors be provided (we older women need them!)

Thhe property was still getting set up for guests. The indoor pool was not yet open and adjoining suites unavailable. The restaurant staff were amazing, like the coffee. The food still searched for personality, searching to please all left it with little character. That being said we look forward to our next visit to see how the maturing process has enriched this amazing facility.

We spent one night at this property as part of a road trip. The property is nice and the indoor pool area seemed great. Our room was just ok. We could hear guests in other rooms fairly easily which was distracting. The shower was particularly frustrating - I was blasted with cold water and nearly burned by hot water - all without adjusting the tap. The room also had signs of water damage and the shower curtain had a sour smell. If we weren't there simply as a quick stop over I would have asked to be moved.
