My wife has issues with febreeze & air fresheners, we have an alert on our reservation for that. Given a room but it still had odor issues. Moved to another room that was great! Kudos to the staff for fixing this issue so quickly

Rooms at the Adler were nice. The desk service was satisfactory nothing special. Location was convent to Bethel Woods and local hiking. We weren’t there for the Resort so can’t comment on that.

Room sink had toothpaste cap in the drain. The lotion had been used by a previous guest. Room smelled musty. Bed was comfortable. Dining was expensive for quality of food. There is not much to do: gamble, eat, golf. The pools were nice. The spa was too pricey to invest.

I honestly didnt realize I was booking a casino hotel when I booked. The directions were a bit confusing on my app when trying to find where to park. The guy who checked us in was basically there to say he had a job. He mumbled, explained nothing, and I had to have him repeat himself because I couldnt hear anything he said. The room itself was decent but very tight, given the 2 beds and a weird chair thing that folded out into a sort of bed. 4-5 people with luggage and it was a tight fit and no real space to open luggage. Would also have been nice to have a microwave. We only stayed the one night and did not bother going to the casino or any of the restaurants or anything. I probably would not book again unless I have the desire to go for the casino.

Front desk clerk was excellent and very helpful at check in, the beds were clean and comfortable; the dos gatos restaurant was perfect casual dining and we loved the outdoor space for games after dinner - also the free lobby coffee was shockingly delicious! on the downside, the room was never cleaned during our stay, the blackout roller shade was broken and we had to ask for facilities to change a broken light bulb. Overall positive stay but the housekeeping service is definitely not on par with the hotel quality.
