This property is overpriced with rooms priced at $300 per night that are nothing special. You would pay $100 - $150 at any other hotel. We chose a King room, however we were given a different room and told room' selected are not guaranteed, you get what you get. There is an additional $25.00 per day for parking and internet. This was our wedding anniversary trip, I asked if there was any special upgrade or amenities offered like many hotel and we were told they don't recognize Anniversary or other special occasions. We,ve received chocolates, flowers, Champagne or wine at other hotels. No free breakfast is offered ($300 per night room ) and even the complimentary coffee is limited . We stayed at a Spirnghills Suites recently with free breakfast, 24 hour coffee, a king Suite for $186.00 per night. Overpriced and disappointing!

We stayed in room 213. The room could use a refresh. Chipped wood in the bathroom. The mattress was so old that you sunk into the mattress and couldn't move. The staff were helpful and attentive. The DJ was terrific and fun.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and check in / check out were both quick and easy. The only thing preventing a 5 star review was the wifi. The signal in my room was very weak. I had to leave the room and go into the hallway for my phone/laptop to even detect the guest network and it kept on disconnecting and reconnecting once I was back in the room which was really frustrating. I called guest services but other than tell me that others were complaining about the same thing, they were unable to help me. I'm hoping that this is something that will be fixed real soon, because the hotel is in an area with weak cell service. Other than that, the stay was great.

Expected much higher end for the price. Rooms were average at best in the Alder. Complimentary coffee was available until the coffee machine in the lobby broke. No attempt made as a back up. Most of bars served wine in plastic cups!! That I found ridiculous. Needed to write down directions at one point but there was no pen or paper in the room…had to borrow one from the front desk. The food in the restaurants was ok. Definitely 1 high end restaurant. The rest…not so good.
