My room was spacious with a stunning view of the mountains. The bed was so comfortable that I had a deep sleep. The room temperature was great as it was easy to calibrate. The shower was humongous with a great waterfall effect. Did takeout from a great restaurant that was very busy, enjoyed it in my room then went to the show. The casino was fun , it offered many ways to try your luck. Hope for a show in the future, would stay again.

The room was BEAUTIFUL. It was 2 walls of windows overlooking the Catskills, it was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the pool was lovely. The room could have been cleaned better - there were wrappers on the floor and a lot of dust/hair in the bathroom. There also is not a continental breakfast and the cafe downstairs is very minimal on what they offer.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay, thanks in large part to Julissa, the housekeeping manager, who was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind in handling my wife’s needs. A special thank you as well to Martin Santos for keeping our room clean and so comfortable. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful view, and it was so nice lounging by the pool and hot tub. Food was good too. Overall our stay at Resorts World Catskills was relaxing and enjoyable.

This was a beautiful room and property! Yes the rooms have some wear and tear but still very nice! The casino was nice and Non smoking which was lovely. We thought we had an upgraded room but I guess they are all this nice! Will definitely be back!
