Nice, and met our needs

Very nice rooms. Appears to be pet friendly. Elevator was noisy so I often used the stairs. Great breakfast with pre-made breakfast bags to bring with you if you needed to depart prior to 6am

They are remodeling so there is construction around the property to be expected. The pool and hot tub were great!

Service was excellent, hotel was clean, Hotel looks lije it is in process of having work done, hopefully updating but there was stuff stacked outside main entrance and inside lobby, it was taped off for safety, but it did make hotel look cluttered.

Needs a make-over

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel. It is getting old and is in need of a make-over. Carpets look soiled, our desk chair was torn, and many marks, dents, and stains on walls. There was a bug of some kind in our bathroom.

Disappointed

I've stayed in this hotel a few times, and it was always great. This time was disappointing. The bathroom floors, tub, corners, under counters looked dirty. Towels were stained and didn't smell clean. Carpet was dirty in the room. We were only there for one night, but I know your management expects better. There are a limited number of choices in Monticello. I guess we'll try Holiday Inn on our next visit.
