Nothing flashy but adequate

This hotel was a nice cheaper option to stay at. The building is slightly outdated but definitely did not affect our stay. The worker was quite polite and helpful. I do feel like the bathroom could use a deep scrub but it was not gross by any means. Overall I would stay again.

The property looked well kept. The AC worked well, and we had adequate towels and linens. We were disappointed by the worn out bed, and though a breakfast was advertised, there were some easy essentials missing like yogurt and fresh fruits. Even describing it as a continental breakfast is likely an overstatement.

Stayed to nights. First night first night noisy vent fan in bathroom had to shut the door. Cleanining lady tried to enter room at 645 am Second night different room no issues. Clean but dated. Waffles or cereal for breakfast. Nice pool arreaand parking.

Breakfast space was small and seemed crowded with the tables in there. May be move some of the tables into the lobby area. The food was not stocked very well but the staff, when notified, replenish to meet current needs. With the number of trains (6) that go by the property at night made for quite a noisy stay. Did not know that the window was open.

Convenient to grocery store. Didn’t like the trains going by, no fault to hotel. One bedspread needed washing. Outlets were limited and bathroom outlet wouldn’t hold plug. Continental breakfast was minimal.

Drive the extra ten miles elsewhere

The pillows, sheets and comforter had stains on them. We had to go buy our own for our stay. When we asked for new comforter, that too had white stains on it. No water pressure and WAY overpriced.

Incorrectly double booked,no house keeping service

Upon arrival they had me double booked. I needed to spent over 30 minutes on chat with a hotels.com agent to confirm I only had 1 room booked and to get refunded for the extra room I never booked. Even though I was exhausted after a day of travel, I was pleased that we got this resolved. And the hotel office gentleman was kind. My second disappointment was there was no cleaning or maid service? During my 3 night stay, my room was never cleaned and even though after night two, I requested from the front desk for clean towels, I still had no house keeping service. Upon asking the next morning, the front desk said he asked the cleaning to attend to my room, they checked iff that they did!? So, unfortunately not the best experience.
