This it the worst place for any human being to sleep in... Everything is dirty from the bedsheets, pillows and towels... I couldn't lay my head on the pillows I have to spray a perfume on my nose and put my shirt over the pillow to be able to lay on it. Please remove this hotel from your app

The lady in front desk was nice , The room was clean. The sheets and towels were stained , the bath tub looks terrible .

Travel weary guest

Only pro comment was beds were comfortable. Room was dingy not properly cleaned. No microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom amenities were provided but there was no faucet or water plug provided for a bath. Also no elevator for 2nd floor. Property not worthy of the good review on your hotel listing.

A Truckers Dew Drop Inn

The rooms have been furnished with new furniture, but the overall appearance is for TRUCKERS ONLY. No trash cans, trash in the room, bed spread had cigarette burns, sink and tub wouldn't drain, and the smell in the building is NOT KID Friendly.

Drive to the next exit and pay a little more. Grime and other nasty stuff on the wall. The undersink was flooded. smelled. the towel bar fell off the wall. Loud and just in general disgusting. Sex workers nearby. Filthy, uncomfortable and smelly. There's a reason it was only $65

The property is older and poorly maintained. The hallways were dirty. The room was awful. There was a ring around the toilet. Towels were dirty. The floor had not been cleaned as there was food under the bed. Sheets were stained.

Horrible experience

It was horrible. The worst place I have ever found listed on Hotels.com. The night person was very nice but the clients renting room there are smoking cigarettes and marijuana on the first floor inside the building and our room upstairs smelled horrible. Gave me a very bad headache. We were afraid to even sleep much. Our pillow case and sheets had stains on them. The bathroom had peeling paint on the tub with only two towels available. I paid for 4 adults to stay. 2 are our adult children and needed 2 more towels. We went to the desk to ask and was told the room comes with only two towels. The electric plug on the walls doesn’t have any cover and the carpets have not been vacuumed or shampooed in years it seems. The place should be condemned and the people should be arrested for drug useage.

Nightmare on Elm Street.

The hotel was so dumpy.and every car in the parking lot had been vandalized with people dealing drugs on the property and besides it. Prostitutes walking around. I walked in and asked the clerk for a refund and he said I would have to deal with hotels.co. on that. It was such a bad of a place that I told the clerk I would not stay there. I would not let my family out of the car on the property much less stay there. I drove off without hesitation because the place was so unsafe. When I called hotels.com the wouldn't give me a refund they just gave me a $20 voucher for the next stay with their service. The pictures on hotels com do not show any of the bad pictures on the property.

We did not stay here!! We would've been robbed/jacked before sundown...or worse! This property should be condemned!! It is in a horrible location, being right next to a run-down, low income, apartment complex...with broken cars and trash everywhere. We drove through the side parking lot and the grass was severely overgrown, like it was abandoned, but, there were 2 cars that were parked as though they looked like they'd be guests. There was a broken down car on the opposite side of the lot. Looks like it's been there a while. The outside looks NOTHING like the pictures online. Online, it looks like an older place, but, taken care of. You can't tell by the oictures that that it is actually located in the hood!! The whole area is full of abandoned and broken down buildings that should be demolished. We were going to take pictures to send to the Best Western people, but, we were honestly too afraid to stay there for any length of time.

What I did not like is when I Arrived to the property for check in the Guy told me that they are Sold Out!! I made my Reservation early in the Day. He claimed 5hat he couldn't find my Reservation until I pulled my phone out with my Screenshot of my reservation information. Neither one of us was going to let up. I was very tired and ready to rest. He then said hold on let me check something out. In which I felt then that I was about to be Hustled then. He stepped out of the office for about 10-15 minutes and came back to tell me that I was a Lucky Woman. I don't see how when I have my Reservation Information in my hand. He tried to charge me a different price and I said No that's not what I have to pay. He said hang on a minute. Then said ok, my Total price for my room was $64.34. I gave the Guy $70.35. He then said ok I have you Squared away, and Like I said you are a Lucky Woman. Well I have your Money, threw me my Driver's License and Room Key and did not give me My Change Back. To me that is Robbery. Pay your Employees Enough so they won't be Stealing Customers Hard Earned Money.
