Nobody was at the desk for several minutes after arriving. When I got to the room blood was on top of the comforter. Called the front desk no answer. Walked back to the office and they did move me to a different room.

The common area was in need of cleaning. The doors were stained and scarred. There were no bathroom essentials. They only had coffee and nobody in the office early morning. I would no recommend staying here.

Great, stay great price great staffing

This is an odor hotel that is being remodeled. It was very clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rate was more than fair and it was a quiet, peaceful stay for myself on a business trip. I genuinely look forward to staying there again when in the Montgomery, AL area.

We love stopping at the Sonesta ES suites! They are incredibly convenient, just off the highway and surrounded by restaurants/etc. Rooms are spacious and while they may not be extremely updated or luxurious, they are extremely comfortable and bright and clean.
