The property is in need of an update. The wall plates were protruding out of the wall. The nightstand was at a slope, making it hard to keep items on it. The furniture was worn, scratched up and chipped in a lot of noticeable areas and the caulking throughout the bathroom had turned brown. The water was nice and hot though. The peatrap on the HVAC unit needs a serious cleaning.
