muy mal , llegamos a la suit y no había nadie , dejaron sobre con la llave de la habitación y entramos y había una pareja y la habitación estaba ocupada, después llamamos nos atendieron super mal , sin dar alguna solución o una ayuda tan solo un disculpa. pero nada. MUY MAL SERVICIO NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE, quedamos sin hospedaje a las 12 de la noche y tuvimos que ir en busca de donde quedarnos.

Boa localização e conforto no quarto

Quarto muito espaçoso e com conforto. A cama era ótima o espaço muito bom. A ideia do apart e muito boa para quem quer se sentir morador do local pois tem a pequena cozinha onde você pode preparar o seu café. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e ajudam com várias dicas. A localização do hotel é otima e o bairro muito legal e tranquilo. Da para você sair andando por ali e se sentir morador de Montevideo. O ponto negativo está no banheiro. Apesar de sempre estar limpo deve haver algum problema no projeto dos encanamentos de esgoto que sempre que usava o sanitário subia um odor muito ruim. É algo quer deveria ser repensado.

Ambiente agradavel

è a segunda vez que me hospedo lá no Massini e tenho gostado . Oque mais me faz voltar é a localização pois o bairro de Pocitos é super arborizado e muito tranquilo. Sinto-me em casa passeando pelas ramblas do entorno.

A limpeza do quarto eram ruim. Paredes manchadas e qnd chegamos cheiro de mofo. Oa lençóis estavam limpos. Travesseidoa ruins. Chuveiro bom. Louça suja. Localização excelente. Nao tem garagem. Preço bom. Indico para quem quer ficar poucos dias.

部屋は広々としており、とても快適だった。ベッドが古く、凹んでいたのであまり寝心地はよくなかった。ホテル入口は道路と同じ高さだったが、エレベーターまでに5段くらいの階段があり、重いスーツケースを持ち上げなければならなかった。ベビーカーも持ち上げなければならず不便だった。朝食がなかったが、キッチンに皿やコップ等が備え付けられており、不便はしなかった。

Bom custo-beneficio

Local bom, 2 quadras e meia da Rambla, tem mercadinhos perto, quarto bem limpinho e bom tamanho. Pessoas da recepcao educadas. A parte negativa eh que nao costumam fornecer toalhas para praia, mas se solicitar, eles dao as de banho. Tb nao ha cadeiras de praia.

Las paredes sucias, los colchones de las camas estaban cóncavos, dificultando la dormida, la cabina de la ducha es media, lo que genera que el agua salpique el piso del resto del baño.

Ótima localização e facilidades

Fomos em um grupo de 6 (3 quartos duplos) e nos puseram no terceiro andar, de forma que o andar ficou todo para nós, o que foi ótimo! Os quartos tem um tamanho muito bom e a mini cozinha é uma mão na roda. Os únicos inconvenientes foram: um dos quartos estava com cheiro de cigarro; o chuveiro de outro quarto deu problema e demoraram mais de um dia para resolver. A recepção não é a mais simpática, mas nos supriu no que precisamos. Saldo final positivo. Recomendo.

ótima localização, boa infra, limpeza a desejar

O ponto forte é a localização, no bairro Pocitos, próximo a restaurantes e rambla. A cama é muito macia a ponto de ser desconfortável. A limpeza deixa a desejar - principalmente a do banheiro - exala um mal cheiro do ralo, do vaso sanitário - a impressão que fica é que não se usavam desinfetantes e produtos de limpeza na arrumação diária.
