I booked this hotel because was a Holiday Inn, had a pool, fitness center and the photos were lovely. However, This was a horrible stay. The pictures must have been stick photos because they did not accurately describe this place. We left after one night and took a loss on the booking. The rooms were old and the whole place had a gross vibe. I was excited for the pool but the floor it was on was being renovated and there was an awful noxious toxic smell so bad I had to leave. I asked the desk if we could have a refund and they said I could but it would have to come from Expedia. Per Expedia they said they would refund upon approval of the hotel. Well, the hotel said no to Expedia so I took my losses and left.
