Stayed 2 nights and the location is great, right next to Tres Cruces bus terminal. Shopping and restaurants in the terminal, with a lot of places to reach easily by foot or taxi since it's in the middle of the city. They were renovating the hotel at the time of the visit (sept 2025) but didn't affect us since the stay was over the weekend. Oh and really nice view from the gym and the breakfast area.

スタッフは親切で良かったのですが、工事中で昼間大きな音や振動がしたり、突然停電したことがありました。 また今回は2回目の利用でしたが、以前泊まった部屋はバスタブがありましたが、今回はありませんでした。気になる方は予約時にしっかり確認した方が良いと思います。 アメニティはシャンプー、コンディショナー、石鹸、シャワーキャップのみ。市内移動にバスを使う方は立地的にそこそこ便利かと思いますが 、落ち着いた雰囲気の中でゆっくり過ごしたい方は、ポシートス方面の方が良いかもしれません。

Reserve una estadia en este hotel para mi mamá porque en la aplicación decía que la recepción era 24 hrs, pero en ningún lado decía que tenían horario para realizar el check-in. Resulta que mi mamá viajó 12 hrs en avión y llegó al hotel a las 5:50 am y no la quisieron dejar entrar porque supuestamente el horario de check-in era a las 2 pm. También dijeron que no tenían habitaciones disponibles para alojarla, resulta que comenté que mi mamá no iba quedar toda la instancia porque tenía un viajen marcado para a las 18 pm y fue ahí que surgió como pase de magia una habitación para ella. No recomiendo que se queden en este hotel.
