This place was top notch! Absolutely immaculate! Drinks on arrival; delicious inclusive breakfast with made to order meals, along with buffet in a gorgeous restaurant, with friendly and attentive staff. Can walk to downtown off of hill. Not all rooms have air, but mild temps made it tolerable. And, just the most beautifully manicured garden setting. A real deal for price point. Would definitely stay again.

Sibu Boutigue Hotel upgrated us when we arrived to hotel. We stayed a Hotel and Spa Poco a Poco, was very nice hotel, very clean and friendly staff. We used the gym, jacuzzi and swiming pool. We were happy with the hotel stay.

The good: The lobby and the hotel is actually beautiful. The owner-designer has done a pretty good job there. The OK: 1) No pool 2) Nothing much for kids to do on the property 3) Breakfast for vegetarians is fruits. Upon asking the previous night, the next day they served rice-beans burrito. People, learn to accommodate those who don't want to harm animals. 4) Extremely tiny rooms

Fabulous hotel with great staff and excellent restaurant. Room was very nice and spotless. The bed and bedding was excellent. The breakfast was excellent and the Capiwo Beef Tenderloin is the best tenderloin in all of Costa Rica. The grounds of Sibu were well maintained and very attractive. The location is convenient on a paved road.

Room was clean, Staff were super. Food was good. Missed the hot tub - never saw it. One minor suggestion would be to install even the smallest of space heaters into the rooms to help take the chill and dampness out on those cool nights and mornings. It was about 15C during our visit.
