Our room was clean and the staff was awesome. We saw wildlife and the most beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was a very good vegetarian breakfast. Sophia was amazing and the gentleman who served breakfast was delightful.

Amazing family-run spot just a short walk to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Preserve entrance. Great communication before and during our visit. A quiet place that makes you feel like you're in the cloud forest!

Great stay.

We stayed one night and had a great stay. Next to the reserve. Def need a vehicle. We were a family of 5 and there was enough beds and 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Felt secluded. Staff was great and very helpful. Would recommend.

The location is so wonderful! It’s far away enough from downtown that cars don’t bother you, yet close enough to quickly go anywhere you might want. The decoration of the rooms is pretty, and the owners were absolutely amazing! Bugs can sneak in under the door, but not horribly. And I never figured out the shower… could be a me thing. Overall such a wonderful stay!

Lovely property. The room was exceptionally clean. Comfortable bed and nice comfy pillows. Great patio to sit on. Close to birding spots and can bird on the property. The owners were very friendly and helpful. If we're ever back in Monteverde would definitely stay there again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Really enjoyed ourselves.

Great location, walking distance to entrance of Monteverde Cloud Forest! The front desk person was very sweet and helpful in guiding us - from parking in the property to where to eat and how to navigate the park. Staying here was a surreal experience, like you’re in the jungle/rainforest itself. We initially booked a normal room but asked whether we would have a kitchenette and the staff was very nice to upgrade us to the one bedroom apartment. Great amenities, would definitely come back and recommend others to stay here!

Short walk to Monteverde reserve. It is really peaceful and has a beautiful patio where you can watch wildlife. Can easily catch a bus to get into town, but is more isolated and peaceful compared to the busy town. Saw monkeys and toucans on the walk to the reserve.

The location was very nice, our cabin was right at the woods and we saw an armadillo from our balcony at night. The cabin is well equipped and charming. The only thing I would add is an explanation of how to use the air conditioner or hot air, I’m not sure. Also as the clima is very humid, maybe offering an option to use a dryer for clothes.

Very close to the cloud forest. The staff is very courteous and willing to help you everyway possible. The rooms are well built and located in a scenic area, you can watch the flora and fauna without stepping out! Highly recommend

Great location...enjoyable stay

Stayed 2 nights. Family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The staff is very courteous and willing to help with anything from suggestions on tourist stops to restaurants. The location is very close to the cloud forest. Yay! The rooms are well cleaned and comfortable. You’re surrounded by trees/forest (very scenic). As a bonus, we had monkey’s playing outside in the trees next to us! Highly recommend!!

This property made by all woods, very cozy and clean, property owner is very kind and helpful, but they don't provide breakfast and don't go to the restaurant/hotel cross street.The food teast bad and expensive.

Very beautiful property, very comfortable beds. it is a bit out of the way so you either have to drive to access food and shopping, or are you have to be willing to walk a lot! Although it was called a B&B on the website, there was no breakfast included. That was surprising and disappointing That is my only criticism. Otherwise, it was lovely.

One of our favorites

This was our second stay here. We love the secluded feel with the "forest" at our back door. Easy walk to Cloud Forest entrance. Easy to walk or take taxi into town. The walk wasn't long, but back is a steep climb that our children complained about. Helpful and kind service.

The hotel is very nice with reasonable prices! But the roads between La Fortuna and Monteverde were extremely bad. Dirt roads with lots of potholes!!

Magnifique!

Superbe hébergement avec une vue sur la forêt tout était parfait. Le gérant de l'hôtel est vraiment sympathique et accueillant. Le logement est très propre et la cuisine est bien équipée. Un des meilleurs logements que nous ayons eu et pour un prix vraiment raisonnable. Une très belle surprise !
