Staff were welcoming and very helpful. They were quite knowledgeable about local attractions, and even sent us a list of recommended restaurants, all three of which we tried were quite good. Breakfast is excellent. The room was functional but spartan. As examples, there’s only one trash can, and the night stand is a chunk of firewood stood on end. There’s no AC, but there’s a huge ceiling fan. The entrances to both the upper and lower parking lots are a little nuts and super steep; you almost need four wheel drive to access them. The only real “complaint” is that we stayed in the lower building, and the sewer/septic system is immediately behind it; if we opened the bathroom window there was a quite unpleasant odor.

Clean and quiet; friendly and professional staff; pretty good breakfast, included. Opening/closing bathroom sliding door was a little difficult because no knob. Also heavy front room door had no knob in the inside so it was a little difficult to open it from inside.

Beautiful hotel! New, clean, modern. It's really 5 minutes to the city center. I think it's not quite suitable for people with mobility problems, since it's on a hill, but there are rooms at the front desk level. Delicious breakfasts.
