Value

Great location. Nice staff. A dated building but they keep it nice and clean. Feee parking and breakfast. Good value. And you can walk to the sea in 2 minutes or less.

Our recent stay at Hotel Excelsior was extremely disappointing due to an ant infestation. On our first night, my child noticed a few ants on the floor, which we initially dismissed. However, the situation escalated on our second night when we returned to find numerous ants scurrying on the floor and even on our beds.We immediately informed the receptionist, who contacted the manager, but he was unavailable. With no other rooms available, the staff's solution was to clean the sheets, which did not address the underlying problem. The presence of ants in our beds made it impossible for us to stay, and my children were particularly disturbed by the situation. We had to find other accommodations late at night and were told to return the next morning to discuss a possible refund. The following day, the manager, Mattis, was unprepared to issue a refund but offered another room for our last night. By then, we had already paid for alternative lodging, making a return to the hotel inconvenient. Mattis advised us to request a refund through Expedia. However, when we did so, the hotel denied our request for a refund.Overall, the hotel was a disappointment. The fact that they were unable to resolve the issue or provide a refund is truly unacceptable in a service business. Cleanliness and effective management are crucial for ensuring guest satisfaction. I hope future guests have a better experience.

Lage in Strandnähe ist top. Das Hotel bietet was man in der Preisklasse erwarten kann. Gegen das Frühstück kann man nichts sagen, außer das der Kaffee vom Automaten kommt. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist Büffett, entsprechend nicht schlecht, aber auch nichts besonderes.

Un tre stelle funzionale

L'hotel si trova in posizione strategica rispetto a Pescara, solo 11 Km, e rispetto al mare, solo 100 m. con accesso alla spiaggia, ombrellone, sdraio e lettino, colazione e parcheggio ricompresi nel costo della camera, quindi, decisamente conveniente. Per il resto ha tutte le caratteristiche di un 3 stelle.e ka scomodità di non avere il bidet nel bagno. Modesta e senza varietà la colazione. Personale garbato e disponibile.

Super freundliches Rezeptionsteam - wichtigste Utensilien sehr sauber - im großen und ganzen sehr & zu empfehlen /// Das einzige was gestört hat war das im Außenbereich ; das aber nicht zum Hotel gehörte in der zweiten Nacht Maschinengeräusche hörbar waren.

Personale della hole gentile e disponibile. Donne delle pulizie rumorosissime, parlavano ad alta voce tranquillamente dei cavoli loro senza avere rispetto di chi riposava. Sembrava di essere al mercato. Materasso distrutto e scomodissimo, il giorno dopo tutti e 2 con il mal di schiena. Pomello del Lavandino vecchio e rotto , faceva un rumore assordante e Balcone molto sporco.

All'arrivo l'occhio è rimasto molto deluso: struttura molto fatiscente e ho capito perché sul sito non c'erano foto dello stabile... Le camere a mio avviso sarebbero da rimordenare un po'. Pulizia buona ma suggerisco un po' di attenzione in più (abbiamo trovato un lungo capello nero attaccato alle piastrelle della doccia... fastidioso... ) Personale molto gentile Colazione buona, abbondante e varia

Le camere non sono sicuramente da 3 stelle superior. Tutto pulito per carità ma l'arredamento è veramente scarno. Ma la cosa che ci ha deluso di più è stata la cena. Niente di quello che ci hanno portato può essere definito pasto. Sembravano i piatti di un ospedale. Colazione con poca scelta ma sicuramente meglio della cena. Ok siamo fuori stagione, in un albergo posizionato in una località turistica estiva , ma non ha senso tenere aperto il ristorante servendo pietanze del genere . La nota sicuramente positiva i ragazzi alla reception
