Excellent stay in a beautiful hotel, the room view was amazing and th we staff was very helpful and nice. They made us feel very welcomed, I definitely will love to come back and stay here again. The location was perfect, I loved everything about this hotel.

Hotel is excellent and great location, great beds and room very adequate regarding size and amenities. We noticed an unpleasant odor in the bathroom that seem to be coming from the drain, we reported to management personnel in lobby area after checkout. Room was in 25th floor.

I love booking trough Xpedia but the hotel were we were going to stay a/c was not working was not good experience I was happy with the shower it was nice elevators took forever to come by hopefully they make it better next time

It’s 103 outside and our room was 86 degrees the entire day ( and part of the day before) the air condition was down. I had to requested to be moved it was never offered from the staff and we were moved to a lower category hotel. We keep getting told that they were on it. The staff seemed indifferent every time I called to ask about the status. If you plan to visit during the summer months you might want to consider staying elsewhere
