Staff is very nice

Bed was very uncomfortable. We slept on the opposite end to try and get better sleep. The parking is nice and seems safe. You can't hear any street noise despite being very close to a busy street. A decent place that needs updating.

This hotel is situated at a very good location. It is in the town. It’s 30 seconds walking distance from an OXXO (I.e. a convenience store), restaurants, and other stores. It’s very easy to get a taxi also. The staff were very kind and helpful and assisted with all my requests in a timely manner. Overall, my stay was great.

The hotel stated it had a restaurant and bar, it did not. You know what it did have ? Bed bugs! Stay away from this rat nest and would not even offer a refund! Stay far away!!!!

la habitacion tenia cucarachas,solicitamos cancelar sin costo la extension ,un dia antes ,y no fue posible,ni expedia ni la propiedad, el hotel solo menciono,que fumigarian. pero la realidad es que necesitamos que nos cancelen la habitacion sin penalizacion,son 5 noches que no tomaremos,por que el huesped no se siente comodo,que le pasen cucarachas mientras duerme.

buen estacionamiento, seguro cerca de plaza principal y de iglesia, cuentan con un restaurant, este esta dentro de la propiedad del hotel, ya me estaban esperando, el clima muy bien a veces en mi caso la base de la cama sobre sale mucho y me he golpeado pero en general esta bien la habitación el televisor no lo encendí
