That have all the guests do a self check in with the guests’ personal cellular phone. The process is very cumbersome and it compromises IT security because of all the information that is inputted over a non secure network. The room smelled like rotten eggs and dirty feet combined. The hotel is old and it needs a major remodeling. Definitely not worth what I paid

This property cancelled my reservation since the government seizure the hotel due to not paying rent 5 years in a row. I want my money back. I had to reserved another hotel and pay for ubers due to this unfortunate experience.

Para empezar. Aún no me han brindado mi factura. El hotel me desalojo. Sacaron mis cosas y las mandaron a otro hotel. Invertí en Uber para ir a recogerlas. No me dieron un motivo. Pague dos noches y solo me permitieron quedarme una noche. No me han reembolso el importe de la noche que no ocupe el hotel. Pésimo servicio. De hoteles.com siempre te cuelgan el teléfono.
