The hotel is centrally located and perfect walking distance to the Morelos shops and the Macroplaza. There is a Starbucks across the street open until 10 p.m. The room has all you need. Comfortable bed. Cable. Fast elevator access. And best of all, the old-school air conditioners that get your room ice cold. The WiFi was inconsistent and slow. And the shower did not have hot water. I didn't mind it because it was summer time, but other travelers probably would. But, it was very affordable, they offered to hold my bags after check-out, and there is a restaurant on site with room service. I would stay again.

The room was interesting, they gave us dirty sheets and some of the furniture had stains. Curtains were burned and bathroom door was damaged due to the humidity or water damage Very unhappy about our stay. Only good thing was the staff, they were very nice.

The staff were very friendly and handled many guests arriving for the World Cup game extremely well when I arrived there. The luggage check-in is available, and the breakfast buffet was excellent (freshly squeezed orange juice, too!). The hotel is located about 10 minutes from Monterrey Metro stations by walk.

Good location, great supportive staff, but building is a little rundown and it could use many upgrades. Staff were helpful and attentive, which helped to have a better experience in this hotel, considering the place was not at the level for the price it charges.

The property is decent, the staff were nice and the breakfast was great! Our room was cleaned daily(the cleaning crew were phenomenal!) and when asked for clean towels, there were no issues. The a/c keep the room cool.
