The staff are nice. They also gave us 2 connecting rooms even when we had 2 different reservations. The food in the restaurant is also good.

Terribal customer service, after having reservation 2 weeks ahead of time, and confirming 2 times my reservations asking both time if pool was open (which was our reason for making the trip) No one told me it was not open, EVEN after I ASKED at arrival and checking in. THe receptionist told me pool was on level 2 and still did not tell me it was closed. after arriving on level 2 being in swim suit the JANITOR was the one that told me the pool was closed, I immediately went to reception asked for a manager and she told me how could she help me i told her pool was closed and no one told me and she said yea pool is closed. I said ok i would lie to cancel my stay she said ok and never offered an apology or try to resolve the issue in another way. She did not say a word no one did.

Bien la habitación, pero todo un tema con el elevador, solo hay uno y está en remodelación el otro, la zona afuera del hotel está muy sucia y descuidada, lo cual hace poco agradable salir a caminar, el servicio y atención del personal muy amable, los baños ocupan una mejora también, limpios, pero viejos.

El hotel se ve bastante viejo, es evidente que le falta mantenimiento, el elevador no servía por lo que tuvimos que bajar y subir por las escaleras con todo y maletas, el cuarto tenía cucarachas. La alberca se veía bastante bien y limpia, Lo único que salvó mi estancia fue el buffet de desayunos y que casi no estuve en el hotel
