Good cost/value proposition, staff is very good, the only downsides are the lack of amenities and the entrance configuration (you can only enter the hotel from a small staircase if not arriving by car). Other than that I can recommend due mostly to staff.

Room was great. They have great views of the city. It is very peaceful and quiet, at least at the time we were there. The terrace is beautiful. Only thing was our shower door, it was a bit damaged and got the floor very wet. I was trying to be very careful but was not enough. They have a super friendly staff though. We will come back of course :)

The hotel is located in the city center; the state's iconic main square is nearby, and just one block away lies the Morelos shopping plaza—home to a countless array of shops, restaurants, handicrafts, and more. The guest rooms are very clean and spacious, offering views of various parts of the city. Additionally, the lobby features a restaurant with a varied menu, delicious cuisine, and a family-friendly atmosphere, staffed by kind and helpful personnel. Highly recommended.

Our stay was great. We would suggest an extra mirror in the rooms. I would also suggest ventilation installed in the bathrooms. The city view room we stayed in had no ventilation in there. The entrance to the hotel is very difficult to find and requires walking up steps near a busy parking lot entrance and if you avoid the steps you have to walk up a ramp to enter an elevator and then figure out which selection to get to the lobby area. More food selections within the restaurant/cafe (Panem) by the lobby. Overall it's at the heart of everything and lots of food selections if you don't choose to dine at Panem.
