Great stay.

This was the first time staying at this hotel and the experience was worth it. The nature was amazing snd refreshing. I will definitely book again when I visit Monterrey. The hotel doesn't get enough publicity, people need to know about this jewel hidden on the top of Chipinque.

Nature is amazingly beautiful. Facilites are modest but kept clean and in good condition. Food is great value per buck, great taste, generous servings. Staff is nice and courteous.

Need to upgrade rooms, blankets were stained and old, very bad smell in the room never went away. It has air conditioning and good restaurant, and the place is located in a very nice at the mountains, employees are very nice but installations are very old.

Very beautiful for exercising and nature their restaurant is very good not safe area for kids due to the high altitudes at the very top of the mountains. Other than that amazing if u want a a quiet get away and nature.

Staff extremely rude

The staff was being training and the trainer was yelling to the trainees, and very aggressive the trainer against the customer I had to ask a manager to get another staff member. I originally call the hotel to ask about an early check in and they advised me don’t worry we don’t have room available only cabanas for 6-8 people. Which it was a lie, the hotel was empty. Hope they change the staff, since it’s a very beautiful place.

Issue at check in

We had issues at check in, system was down and the gentleman told us we had to wait until the system was back on, which was ridiculous, that was not our fault, manager then checked us in manually. The rooms were not properly clean and in bad shape, they are not well kept. There was no hot water in one of the rooms

La limpieza de la habitación No es buena, diria NULA, solo se tendio la cama , no se saco la basura, ni se cambio la ropa de cama, ni toallas, no habia toalla para las manos, el primer dia, creimos fue una omision accidental, pero el segundo dia tampoco dejaron toalla de manos . Al sanitario se le puso el sello de limpio, pero tampoco se limpio

El clima hacía denasiado ruido no pude dormir , son climas viejos , la habitación no tiene las cosas que dice en la publicación , la cortina de la ventana estaba toda llena de hongo , cuando te bañas se llena de agua toda la habitación , el baño no funcionaba , tuve que quitar la tapa del inodoro para ajustar el flotador NO LA RECOMIENDO.
