Unfortunately wasn’t able to enjoy the pool because the days we were there it was raining but the staff was very helpful and friendly when we needed them, the room was always clean when we came back and when we didn’t need them to clean our room they were super understanding. We loved that right outside our door we had a little escape and we were able to walk in the park with our own little access door leading to the park.

The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. Being right next to Fundidora Park made it easy to enjoy one of Monterrey’s most iconic attractions. There were also restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The central location, comfortable accommodations, and easy access to restaurants and local attractions made this an excellent place to stay.
