Unfortunately wasn’t able to enjoy the pool because the days we were there it was raining but the staff was very helpful and friendly when we needed them, the room was always clean when we came back and when we didn’t need them to clean our room they were super understanding. We loved that right outside our door we had a little escape and we were able to walk in the park with our own little access door leading to the park.
