Stayed at the Grand Fiesta Americana in Monterrey and walked away genuinely impressed. From check-in to checkout it was a top-notch experience. The room was the real standout. Comfortable bed, quiet, plenty of space to spread out and relax after a long day. It had everything I needed and was kept spotless. The kind of room that makes you actually sleep well instead of counting down the hours till morning. The staff matched it step for step. Friendly, attentive, and quick to help without being pushy about it. You could tell they take pride in the place and in looking after their guests. Every interaction felt warm and professional. No complaints at all on this trip, which is rare for me. The whole stay just worked the way it's supposed to. Great location, solid comfort, and people who clearly know how to run a hotel. Would happily stay here again next time I'm in Monterrey, and I'd recommend it to anyone heading that way. Worth every peso.
