The hotel looks very nice. The hotel staff were helpful and cheerful. The three times that I've stayed there the internet never works. I have to use my American cell hotspot. The other gripe I have is the air conditioners are hit and miss. It's very humid inside and I count on the air to dry it out a bit. Never does.

I loved this Hotel, the staff was very friendly and stay was great. Since the first time I stayed there I came back to stay at this hotel again for all Their amenities that it included. I loved the valet parking that was part of the hotel cost, that we were able to roam the surrounding areas on foot. It’s in a great location and will definitely recommend this to all my friends and family.

The staff was outstanding—friendly, respectful, helpful, and very understanding throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the room itself appeared poorly maintained. One bed was missing pillows, and there was a long hair under the covers. The AC vent was very dusty, the shower water came out orange, the anti-slip mat had mold, and the towels looked yellow. Even the phone was dirty with dust and hair, making me uncomfortable using it. Because of the overall cleanliness and maintenance issues, I decided to leave the next morning without showering and book another hotel. The staff sincerely apologized and offered solutions, which I appreciated, but I felt it was best to leave.

The room was spotless and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The desk was very attentive—we needed a walk-in shower and our first room didn’t have one. They moved us within minutes. Great location—walking distance to the Macroplaza and museums. It’s an old, elegant hotel in the center of the Barrio Antiguo. I’ll happily go back.
