Nice rooms very comfortable beds I love everything about them! The staff at this hotel was amazing they always there to help us out and took time to explain everything to us. They have everything real clean and smelling great! I will make this hotel our first choice for us when traveling to Monterey NL Mexico they have amazing restaurants and sights to see by the pool and the restaurant. Location was at a perfect spot walking distance to town and food. I will tell all my friends and family about them if they ever go to Monterey NL Mexico.

The breakfast bufet excelled my expectations, a great variety of mexican and international options, butbtge highlight of it was the "cafe de olla" a mexican variation of cofee. No doubt, the hotel itself is good. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were generally polite and professional. However, my experience regarding the complimentary breakfast and free airport shuttle, as clearly stated on the Expedia platform, was very disappointing. When I went to the hotel restaurant for my complimentary breakfast, I was told that I was not entitled to it. This was very surprising and embarrassing. I was required to pay 800 Mexican pesos before I was allowed to eat. This situation made me feel uncomfortable and poorly treated. In addition, the free airport shuttle that was advertised was not provided, and I had to pay for an Uber to the airport myself. This was unexpected and unfair. I sincerely hope that either Expedia or the hotel will review this situation and provide a refund or appropriate compensation, as this was not the experience that was promised. Overall, it was a very sad and disappointing experience despite the hotel’s good facilities.
