Everything was great, except I got two tickets for welcome drinks and one of the staff members in the restaurant said they could not accept it due to "dry law" but I looked it up and it does not seem like Monterrey has this prohibition of alcohol.

Los elevadores no funcionaban bien tardaban mucho en llegar y cuando llegaban había personal del hotel que no permitía subir, el cuarto tuvimos que hablar varias veces a recepción por qué el aire salía caliente. No se encontraban muy limpias las camas. El personal de recepción muy amable y atento.
