The restroom was dirty, not soap, smells humid and you feel on your foot the bad condition of the carpet, for 3 people only one towel plus in overall is not clean and looks old. We will not comeback.

Hotel Hell!

Arriving to the hotel was simple and quick from the airport. The disappointment was with front desk. They seemed to uninterested and just plain. I went to my room which was in the first floor I checked the sliding window for security but it was opened and couldn't be closed for security. The front desk made it appear that it was to difficult to change me to another room so I waited over 15 minutes to get the issue resolved. The hotel was empty although they gave me the farthest room to the wall which faced the highway. Later in the evening the noise of the traffic was just to much that it made my night somewhat uncomfortable, not mentioning the rest of the night! A completely horrible noisy experience. I personally felt that the front desk purposely put me there knowing that it wasn't a very pleasant room, and all because I asked to be moved into a more secure room. The following morning a police officer was there making a police report for theft of a vehicle!

I specifically wanted to stay at this hotel because they stated that they offer shuttles and they do not, so now it’s gonna cost me $50 to get to the airport in the morning.
