El lugar está bello, nos tocó una habitación doble muy agradable. Sin embargo, deben cuidar la sobreventa de habitaciones en días de eventos, yo había hecho reservación por esta plataforma Y NO CONTROLARON LAS VENTAS, no me respetaron mi reservación. En la noche regresé, pero la reservación que hice ya no fue por esta plataforma, fue directamente en recepción y logré obtener habitación doble. Muy bonito lugar, muy agradable.

La peor experiencia que he tenido en cuanto a reservación, llegamos al hotel temprano por la mañana y nos recibieron, esperamos a que fuera la hora del check in, y para nuestra sorpresa nos comentan que no se pudo hacer la reservación (misma que y teníamos desde hace meses), la solución: nos dicen no pueden hacer nada busquen otro hotel, y no fuimos los únicos afectados (como 10 personas en la misma situación) terrible si pueden evitarse reservar en este hotel sería lo mejor.

Llego: no hay jabón, shampoo, toallas , papel de baño increible y hay que bajar ni de chiste te van a subir las cosas 2 no me hicieron un dia la limpieza y la señora que ha de ser dueña MALISIMA ACTITUD me dice hay mañana te la hacemos 3. Hay que ir por toallas todos los dias aah y no te dan de manos 4. Personal muy empáticos pero LA SEÑORA MALA ACTITUD, Hay mas hoteles donde escoger por buscar algo barato se lleven mala experiencia Extra: cuidado con los que traen reserva de expedía, llege ver que no les hacían válidas.
