Nice hotel. I had a great view of the towers and the mountain. There are 2 things I must complain about: 1. My room was so hot when I first entered, it like a sauna. And I had keep the room door open for 30 minutes for the heat to come out. And 2. I hate that you guys keep serving the some breakfast items everyday I was there and it was annoying.

It’s a brand new building, everything is clean and is right in the downtown area. My room was on the fifth floor, it was very quiet and comfortable. WiFi worked well.

The property was clean. To get to the actual lobby was strange. You park in the garage, you take an elevator down to the street level, you walk into the building, take the elevator up to the lobby, about 5 floors or so, check in, then up to you room which for us was 2 floors up. The elevator said floor 2, in reality we were 7 to 8 floors up. In my opinion, this is a safety hazard as you really don't know where in the building you are, which in case of a fire or emergency could be a problem. Their is not much privacy for the restroom as their is no real separation, it is glass doors and open at the top, with no vents. Though the hotel was nice, I would not stay here again unless I was staying solo.

The room didn't get serviced until we called to complain around 12 or 1. The rooms, bathroom or hallways didn't get mopped at all. The floors are extremely dusty and dirty. The continental breakfast was not good at all. Staff not friendly and gentleman at front desk are very rude.

Hotel muy bonito y cómodo. La recepción atentos y amables. El encargado del estacionamiento malísimo, solo por una firma nos hizo un pleito, se porto super grosero y prepotente a tal grado de gritarnos y no dejarnos salir, aún cuando de recepción le dijeron que nos dejara salir igual no ofrecieron ni una disculpa y eso que, no se nos informó que se debía realizar ese trámite para salir En relación al bufete que ofrece el otro deja mucho que desear muy poca variedad
