Pro -El personal del hotel es amable, sin embargo es un establecimiento algo descuidado: -El desayuno es básico pero cumple con lo necesario. -Cuentan con máquina dispensadora de hielo y te proporcionan pequeñas cubetas para almacenarlo. Contra -La maquina expendedora de café estaba fallando. -Algunos hoteles dan cortesía pasta de dientes y cepillo dental en caso de se olvidase, aquí no. -Nos dieron una habitación y el sanitario tenía fuga, después nos dieron una segunda habitación, no estaba mal, aunque algunos apagadores estaban descuidados y maltratados.

Olía a cloaca,las toallas no parecían limpias Conozco otros cityexpress(como el de zacatecas) q están buenos Pero este sucursal está muy por debajo del estándar Agua caliente salía a chorro El desayuno parecía q estaba hecho sin ganas, frutas pasadas, la luz de la mesa no funcionaba etc En fin no volvería a este hotel, está en pésima condición
