I love staying at Barceló Valle because it is always so clean, and the pillows are incredibly comfortable! But more than anything, what keeps me coming back is the wonderful staff. They truly make you feel like family. Not to mention the breakfast that is to die for !! I travel alone often, and I always feel so welcomed and comfortable here. Everyone is incredibly cordial, attentive, and helpful, and they always have such a positive attitude. Their warmth and excellent service make every stay special. I couldn’t eat there . Before I arrived the area said it had vegan food but when I arrived they didn’t .. but the workers at the restaurant seemed friendly . I never seen it packed only one person so I feel like if you ever wanted to get attended quick they would always be available
