El hotel no es nada recomendable, instalaciones viejas, las albercas estan fuera de servicio, testaurante y albercas muy lejos de la habitación. Las habitaciones las camas muy duras, en el baño no había toallas de mano ni jabon ni shampoo, las toallas de la alberca te las rentan, eso jamas lo había visto en ningun hotel. NO LO RECOMIENDO

Le falta mantenimiento y limpieza es un hotel viejo pero si tuviera una buena limpieza cambia, desde las escaleras, pasillos, en los cuartos había suciedad y no se ve que fuera de un día, basura, y olor desagradable, toallas con mal olor, le doy un 3 por que el gerente buscó todas las opciones y apoyo en los desperfectos de que no funcionaba el Baño ni el aire acondicionado, el personal de recepción muy grosero y descortés ni un saludo te dan .. fuimos en viaje grupal Nos quedamos 2 noches y rentamos 5 habitaciones todas con las mismas características sucias y con desperfectos

El lugar en general es bonito ya he venido en otras ocasiones, sin embargo las habitaciones ya se les nota el paso de los años. la puerta del baño no abría bien, la TV no funcionaba el volumen y los barandales del balcón oxidados. La comida está bien y el área de alberca muy bien.
