The staff were very courteous but room later during the day started with a humidity odor. And they use to have the shuttle which I have used everytime I had gone previously but no they mentioned they didn't have it..

They just need to pay more attention to the toilet and shower. We had to ask for paper and towels. The day we arrived it was fine, but on the second day they didn't leave us shampoo, and on the third day they didn't leave us towels.

La habitacion se veia descuidad y el baño no estaba limpio, el agua de la regadera se salia mojando el baño, y cuando puse la queja , no me supieron respodner, solo me mandaron un trapo para yo limpiar,

El estacionamiento es insuficiente, a la hora de retirarme del hotel tuve que esperar alrededor de 20 min ya que habia cuatro automoviles frente al mio lo cual es delicado por que si hubiera tenido una emergencia no hubiera podido salir rapido, deberian ver la manera de aumentar la capacidad de estacionamiento

No lo recomiendo para nada , a pesar de haber pagado una habitación ejecutiva , nunca se pudo conectar a internet , el refrigerador no servía y tenía hongo, la llave del baño estaba rota así que no se tenía un buen control del agua caliente y fría, no proporcionan información adecuada , algunos recepcionistas te dicen horarios diferentes , diciendo que terminaba a las 12:30 pm también no pude tener ese servicio. Me cambiaron de habitación a las 3 de la mañana y quedaron en llegar a alguna compensación , quedando solo en palabras
