Dear AC Marriott Monterrey Team, I wanted to let you know that your hotel is one of the best I have visited in Monterrey. The rooms and the entire hotel were extremely clean, and everyone who works there was very kind, professional, and welcoming. The waiters were especially wonderful. I have never been treated better at a hotel, and I was truly impressed by the service. In my opinion, this Marriott should train the Marriotts in the USA on how to treat guests and how to maintain a hotel. Thank you for such an excellent experience. Sincerely, Agripino

Great hotel, comfortable. Needs a pool!

The hotel smells a little awkward , it has a great terrace in wich a pool or jacuzzi would be great! That is the only thing missing ! The rest of the propriety is wonderful.

Great hotel and staff are superior. Our car broke down and one of the hotel staff came down to the parking lot to help us resolve. Cost him a few hours of his time but he did it all with a smile. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and clean room. However, the room was on the first floor, facing the ducts and machines from the ventilation system. These machines block the view from the window and are very noisy (all night).

Not great front desk service, they charge you in pesos, so they convert from usd to Mexican peso at a high exchange rate, then your US bank convertir it to usd at a lower exchange rate, I ended up paying almost 20% more than what I suppose to pay.

This was my seventh time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately things continue to get worse with each visit. I truly love the location, which makes it easy to walk to several excellent restaurants and amenities in the area. However, the operational issues have reached a point where I can no longer overlook them. The internet service is by far one of the worst I have encountered in my global business travels. For context, I travel extensively for work. The hotel lacks proper in-house IT support, and guests are redirected to a third-party provider whose attitude is consistently condescending and unhelpful. After eight days, the connection still felt like something out of the AOL dial-up era. Housekeeping is simply unacceptable. Rooms are not properly cleaned. I documented and reported this multiple times — the same stains remained, the same papers stayed on the floor, and dust was visible throughout the room. Hot water is another recurring problem. This has happened during my last three stays. Each time the response is the same: “We will send a technician.” Yet the issue persists — the shower alternates between scalding hot and cold with no stability. Finally, the towels and sheets are in deplorable condition. The towels feel comparable to a low-budget roadside motel, and the sheets are clearly worn and overdue for replacement. To be fair, the staff is very good at apologizing — but unfortunately, nothing ever gets resolved. This was my last stay here. Not worth the aggravat

Great stay! From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel so welcome. I initially chose this hotel because of its proximity to Hospital Angeles, but after this experience, I'll definitely stay here again even if I don't need to visit the hospital. The breakfast was outstanding, delicious chilaquiles, fresh fruit, and plenty of great options. Everything exceeded my expectations. Lobby area always had fresh fruit, coffee, pastries, and fruit infused water!!! This was truly a 10/10 experience! And a special thank you to our waiter (I wish I could remember his name, dark hair with glasses, if this helps). He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks again!!!
