Wonderful staff. Extremely helpful in all ways, with the checkin, luggage, what to do, where to do to eat. The breakfast was delicious and a huge buffet. Omelettes made to order. Great location right in the heart of Monterosso's old town. Would definitely go back there!

I highly recommend this hotel for the hospitable staff, beautiful setting, quiet yet accessible location and wonderful buffet. The rooms are super clean, and the hotel has a lovely outdoor seating area. The bathroom has a powerful shower and aromatic liquid soaps. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the beds and pillows were uncomfortable for us. Be prepared for extra firm mattresses, and flat pillows, one per person. I would come here again, but honestly didn’t have the greatest sleeps. The a/c worked fine. Overall, this is a lovely hotel. We really appreciated the superior service, extra beach towels and pastries upon arrival.

This hotel was very nice and cute. Staff was very friendly and took great care. Breakfast had many choices and breakfast staff was very helpful. Only issue is there are no elevators. Carrying heavy suitcases can be a major hassle. Luckily the staff helped us with that but without staff it is very difficult to carry up 3 flight of stairs
