I really loved this hotel. It sits on a quiet street and is close to everything. Although you don’t have an ocean view you are 5 min walk away to all the ocean views you could ever want.

Carol at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. She gave me suggestions on where to go and how to get there. The room was comfortable. The outside firepits had plenty of seating and were a nice resting spot after a lot of walking

The best thing about it was the location. We could walk to Cannery Row and good restaurants. The only other good thing about it was the showerhead.

The property is very well located near Cannery Row and the Aquarium. The rooms are clean and very comfortable and the bathrooms were also well done. Having said that they probably could use a little bit of a refresh. Parking was easy. The hotel has some nice fire pits at night if you want to hang out a bit. The Wave Street Cafe across the street is a truly great breakfast spot. The hotel itself doesn't offer any sort of food or restaurants but there's plenty nearby. I'd definitely stay here again.

There was plenty of parking and so close to everything, restaurants , shopping, and the beach. The staff were friendly , welcoming , and very helpful . The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again on my next trip to Monterey.

Front desk really do all they can to make your stay enjoyable including a goody bag on arrival and bottled water. There are fire pits as well, for warmth or relaxation. Great location and very functional room.

Cool view of ocean from room. Great walking distance. Careful the parking is very tight and they don’t have much of a lobby or front desk. Also be ready for seagulls living on the roof making quite a lot of noise in the early morning.
